The city needs it

TREVALLYN: The Fragrance project will be a fantastic opportunity to influence more tourism once complete, and show off Launceston’s progressive attitude by combining old with new.

Take cases of the Brooklyn Museum, the Port Authority in Belgium, St Anthony’s College in England just to name a few.

Regarding the height, the building’s final RL works truly within the city’s building line, and feels there is no concern of the project towering over the rest of the city.

With the current status of unemployment due to this global pandemic, this project is more than an opportunity to bring employment and work for those that need it.

It will serve to some as a beacon of hope that saved so many from falling into worse times.

Andrew McCormick, Trevallyn.
